Governor Schwarzenegger sent a letter regarding the reasons he was vetoing bill 1176 to the California Assembly. This gesture of sending a personal note to the assembly when ever he signs or vetoes a law is common, but this one had another subtle message buried in it like a riddle from the movie National Treasure. The second message can be found by taking the first letter of each line in the letter below and vertically stringing them together to form a profane four letter word that is followed by “you”.

“My goodness. What a coincidence,” said Aaron McLear, a spokesman for the governator. ” I suppose when you do so many vetoes something like this is bound to happen.”
He went on to point out the the left-hand margin of other notes to the assembly has spelled out the words “poet” and “soap.”
